ПРО НАС
Головною метою Асоціації є сприяння інноваційному розвитку економіки України та підтримка фахівців у сфері трансферу
і комерціалізації технологій, членів Асоціації.
Асоціація створена у січні та зареєстрована у квітні 2009 року за ініціативою та завдяки сприянню
Українського науково-технологічного центру
(УНТЦ) , групи науковців з інститутів Національної академії наук України та інших фахівців, що професійно зайняті у сфері
інноваційної діяльності, трансферу і комерціалізації технологій.
Асоціація об'єднує фахівців та професіоналів з трансферу і комерціалізації технологій з різних наукових установ
Національної академії наук України, інститутів інноваційної інфраструктури, приватних патентних повірених, та
представників державних органів, що регулюють інноваційну діяльність в Україні.
Основні напрямки діяльності Асоціації:
Надання практичної допомоги членам Асоціації в здійсненні проектів, пов'язаних з трансфером і комерціалізацією технологій.
Надання консультацій членам Асоціації з питань трансферу і комерціалізації технологій.
Представлення інтересів та вирішенні питань захисту прав та інтересів членів Асоціації.
Допомога у встановленні зв'язків з інвестиційними фундаціями в Україні та в іноземних державах.
Фахова підготовка фахівців з трансферу і комерціалізації технологій.
Участь на громадських засадах у аналізі та розробці законодавства з питань комерціалізації технологій, інноваційної діяльності та інтелектуальної власності.
Інформаційне висвітлення інноваційного розвитку і комерціалізації технологій в Україні.
Асоціація професіоналів з комерціалізації технологій Україні взяла участь у програмі професійного обміну в США
Association of Professionals for Technology Commercialization of Ukraine (APTCU) participated in a professional exchange program in U.S.
Члени Асоціації професіоналів з комерціалізації технологій Україні взяли участь у програмі професійного обміну думками за темою "Передача технології та комерціалізації наукових розробок в США", яка відбулася в листопаді 2010 року.
Програма складалася з нарад, зустрічей та дискусій для вирішення професійних питань. Учасники групи дізналися про американську систему освіти і як уряд США, університети та інші науково-дослідні установи управляють науковими розробками та як відбувається комерціалізація наукових досліджень. Група відвідала центри трансферу технологій в університетах і національних лабораторіях, зустрілася з венчурними компаніями, з державними і федеральними органами, які спонсорують R & D та регулюють сферу комерціалізації наукових досліджень. Члени Асоціації поділилися своїм досвідом з колегами з США, рекламували свої організації. Програма розпочалася у Вашингтоні, округ Коламбія, і включала в себе перебування в інших американських містах, включаючи Ралі, Північна Кароліна, Коламбія, штат Міссурі, Сан-Франциско, штат Каліфорнія і Бостон, штат Массачусетс протягом 3-х тижнів.
Members of APTCU participated in a professional exchange program on the topic of "Technology Transfer and Research Commercialization in the U.S." which took place in November 2010.
The program consisted of meetings, appointments and discussions to address professional interests. Participants of this group project learned about the U.S. educational system and how the U.S. government universities and other research institutions manage their scientific developments and commercialize their research. The group visited technology transfer centers at universities and national laboratories, met with venture capital firms and technology investors, and toured state and federal bodies that sponsor R&D activities and regulate the commercialization of scientific research. Members of APTCU shared their experiences with U.S. colleagues, promoted their technologies and the APTCU Association. The program began in Washington, D.C. and included visits to several other American cities including Raleigh, North Carolina, Columbia, Missouri, San-Francisco, California and Boston, Massachusetts over a 3 weeks period.
